Of all our dreams
of things to be
founded on times
we cannot see

of years to come
of joys and fears
of dreams and hopes
of laughs and tears

what right, what right
of times to come
have we to dreams
that come to some?

but for us two
as time roles on
it passes dreams
and years are gone

of years to come
filled with our schemes
what right, what right
have we to dreams?
